Except in emergencies when phone is best, email is the preferred method of contact. Maintenance requests, transition and builder concerns, guideline violations, billing or condo fee questions etc. should be sent to Robin Bollinger, property manager and cc’d to at least one board member.
The communications box at the mailboxes may be used for any of the above, but response time may be a little longer.
